Our Mission
How we began
PrepMedico was founded with a clear vision—to provide structured, mentor-led training for doctors preparing for high-stakes specialty and fellowship examinations. What began as a focused initiative to support FRCS aspirants has evolved into a global platform delivering comprehensive training across multiple specialties.
Under the leadership of Dr. Manikandan Kathirvel, and supported by a growing faculty of experienced consultants across the UK and beyond, PrepMedico has built a reputation for consistent outcomes, high-quality mentorship, and candidate-centric training.
Today, our programmes are designed to go beyond conventional teaching—integrating structured mentorship, performance tracking, and a multimodal learning ecosystem to help doctors achieve success alongside their clinical commitments.
