Refund and Cancellation policy :
- Students who wish to cancel their registration should send an email requesting for course cancellation to support@prepmedico.com.
- Refunds are subject to discretion of the PrepMedico management and the program director.
- If a student leaves the course before completion for any reason, they will get a fee refund after deducting the following amount.
- If a student cancels registration within seven days of the commencement of a course, they will be refunded after deducting 50% of the course fee + Payment Gateway charges.
- If a student cancels registration 7-15 days before the commencement of a course, they will be refunded after deducting 30% of the course fee + Payment Gateway charges.
- If a student cancels registration 15 days before the commencement of a course, they will be refunded after deducting 10% of the course fee + Payment Gateway charges.
- No amount will be refunded after the commencement of the course.
- Only the student or the student’s authorized representative can claim a refund by submitting a refund application.
- Refund takes approximately ten working days.
- The fee will be refunded by bank transfers only in the student’s name.
- There is no fee refund for study material, test series, and e-course subscriptions.
- The parties shall make their best efforts to amicably settle all disputes, controversies, or claims arising from refunds and cancellation policies. Any dispute, controversy, or claim which cannot be settled amicably within 30 days shall be resolved by arbitration following The Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- If any student indulges in non-disciplinary activities or creates nuisances in the teaching sessions or chat groups, their candidature will be terminated permanently without any notice and refund.
- During unavoidable circumstances, PrepMedico reserves its right to make any alternation in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without prior notice to anybody.
