As part of our continued expansion, we are now growing our educational divisions and inviting applications for FRCA Course Faculty to join our dynamic and motivated teaching team, as we begin our dedicated FRCA courses.

Role Overview

Faculty members will play a key role in delivering structured online teaching sessions, mock viva practice, and mentorship for FRCA candidates preparing for Primary and Final examinations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build an educational portfolio within a reputed UK-based medical edutech platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online interactive teaching sessions and viva practice.
  • Contribute to the development of question banks, recorded lectures, and case-based discussions.
  • Provide personalised feedback and guidance to candidates.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to maintain consistent academic standards.
  • Participate in course planning, continuous improvement activities, and assist in applying for relevant accreditations and endorsements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • FRCA (Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists) or equivalent – essential.
  • Currently practising in anaesthesia – essential.
  • Prior or current teaching experience at post-graduate training level.
  • Completion of a teaching qualification such as “Train the Trainer”, “Medical Education Certificate”, or equivalent – advantageous.

Time Commitment & Flexibility

  • Approximately 2–3 hours per week, with complete flexibility around clinical work.
  • Sessions and contributions can be planned according to personal availability.
  • Engagement may include lectures, viva practice, or content development depending on interest

Remuneration

PrepMedico offers a modular payment structure based on the type of faculty engagement — sessional payments, lecture packages, or long-term partnership models. Details will be discussed during the onboarding process.
