PLAB is set to become UKMLA in 2024. How does it impact the exam giver?

Candidates will notice very little change, the changes are more to the quality assurance and construction of the test. International candidates will continue with the PLAB test in 2024.

What are the changes in the question format?

The MLA has two components: the applied knowledge test (AKT) and the clinical and professional skills assessment (CPSA).

As of now it will continue to retain its current name and meet the MLA requirements.
