Am I eligible for the FRCS exam?

MRCS is mandatory for FRCS. Without MRCS candidates cannot apply for FRCS

What are the changes in the question format?

Section 1 exams of both the FRCS exams earlier had Extended Matching Questions. However, now all the questions are Single Best Answer MCQs

I cleared JSCFE Section 1 exam. Can I give Section 2 in JCIE?

Yes. A candidate who has given JSCFE Section 1 exam can now give JCIE Section 2 exam provided they move to the UK and work for 1 year. During this 1 year, the candidate must register for the ISCP and show progression of competence. Candidates must get separate references from UK Consultants and choose a speciality.
